Description
This Peach Cobbler Chai Latte blends creamy spiced tea with caramelized peaches and vanilla. It’s cozy, nourishing, and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
1 ripe peach (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strong brewed black tea or chai
1 cup plant-based milk (almond or oat)
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
Pinch of nutmeg
Optional: whipped coconut cream or topping
Instructions
1. Sauté chopped peach with cinnamon, ginger, and sweetener until soft and caramelized (5 minutes).
2. Brew strong black tea or chai.
3. Add milk, vanilla, and nutmeg to tea and bring to a simmer.
4. Blend the peach mixture into the tea base (or keep it chunky).
5. Pour into a mug, top with cream if desired, and enjoy.
Notes
Use fresh peaches for best flavor, but frozen works great too.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Try rooibos for a caffeine-free version.
Serve iced by chilling and blending with ice cubes.
