Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1 oz lychee syrup (from canned lychees)
  • Ice cubes
  • 12 whole lychees (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes or fill it with ice water to chill.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with large ice cubes.
  3. Add vodka, Grand Marnier, and lychee syrup to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mix is well chilled.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Garnish with a whole lychee, either dropped in or skewered on a cocktail pick.
