Instructions
- In a tall glass or small pitcher, pour 2 ounces of fresh lime juice, 2 ounces of simple syrup, and 4 ounces of soda water.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice, then top off with more ice as desired.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and a sprig of mint, if using.
