A fruity, herbal, and energizing blackberry sage lemonade refresher that’s better than Starbucks—made with real blackberries, fresh sage, zesty lemonade, and optional green tea for a clean energy boost.

- 2 oz blackberry sage simple syrup (see instructions below)
- 8 oz cold lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 2 oz cold green tea
- Optional: Sparkling water instead of lemonade
- Fresh blackberries and sage leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass or shaker with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of your blackberry sage syrup.
- Add 8 oz of lemonade (or half lemonade, half sparkling water if preferred).
- Optional: Add 2 oz cold green tea for a gentle caffeine lift.
- Shake or stir well until chilled and combined.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with blackberries and a sage sprig.
Notes
For the syrup: simmer 6 oz blackberries, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and a sprig of sage for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, steep with 2 green tea bags and 3-4 chopped sage leaves for 30 minutes. Strain and refrigerate. Lasts up to 2 weeks.
